FTHub Nature Connection Specialist Training

This is a four-module course that teaches participants how to lead groups in focused nature-based experiences.

OPEN TO ANYONE but designed for teachers, coaches, mentors, clergy, healthcare providers, or anyone whose main job is to “help others.”

  • Curriculum is given both in person and online.
  • The participatory portion of the course involves four 2.5-hour sessions.
  • Password-protected access to the courses’ online resources will be provided. If the participants desire to become certified as an FTHub Nature Conservation Specialist, they can take a short online test.
  • The facilities at Burton Creek Farm may be available for group training meetings, depending on group size and facility availability.
  • Lodging – onsite tent camping and outdoor “glamping” available.
  • Four great, moderate to lower cost motels within ten minutes.
